Winter in Stoneham

Stoneham in winter: skiing, snowboarding and fireside evenings

Lit runs at night, plenty of snow and a condo at the foot of the slopes to enjoy it all from morning to night.

Where to stay in Stoneham?

Our condo at the foot of the slopes

At the foot of the slopes, about a 2-minute walk to the lifts: ski, come back for a warm lunch, go again at night.

Beyond downhill skiing

More ways to enjoy winter

  • Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing with the local Ski de fond Stoneham club, or on the 6.5 km of trails at Mont-Wright old-growth forest park.
  • Fat biking: nearly 50 km of trails at Empire 47 in neighbouring Lac-Delage, with rentals on site.
  • Jacques-Cartier National Park (Sépaq): cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and fat biking in a spectacular glacial valley.

Downhill details are on our ski-in / ski-out page.

Winter evenings

Storm outside, cozy evening inside

On stormy days or after a big day on the hill, the condo becomes the playground: the arcade cabinet with hundreds of retro games and our homemade game “La Descente”, board games, a movie on the smart TV, and the gas fireplace on.
