The condo
How many people can sleep at the condo?
Up to 6 guests. There is 1 bedroom and 3 beds: a queen bed in the main bedroom (lower level), a queen bed in the family room and a sofa bed in the living room.
How many bathrooms are there?
Two full bathrooms: one with a bathtub, the other with a glass shower.
Is the kitchen equipped?
Yes, it is a full kitchen: fridge, freezer, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils and coffee. There is also a BBQ outside.
Is there air conditioning?
No. The main bedroom on the lower level stays cool and portable fans are provided.
Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes, in the unit, free of charge.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out by 11 a.m.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in with a smart lock. Your code is sent before arrival. The condo is on the ground floor.
Where do I park?
There is a designated parking spot for the condo, plus a second parking area at the bottom of the street, facing the chairlifts. Details come with your arrival instructions.
Are there stairs?
Yes: the condo is on two levels connected by stairs.
Location and activities
Is the condo ski-in / ski-out?
Yes. The condo is at the foot of the slopes of Station touristique Stoneham: you can put your skis on and head out from the doors, and the lifts are about a 2-minute walk away.
How far is Québec City?
About 20 to 25 minutes by car. A grocery store, pharmacy and SAQ liquor store are close by.
Families and house rules
Is the condo suitable for families with young kids?
Yes: crib, travel playpen, high chair, baby bath, children’s dinnerware, baby monitor, board games, books and toys for all ages, plus an arcade cabinet with hundreds of games. A changing table is available on request.
Are pets allowed?
No pets. Under Airbnb policy, service animals are not considered pets.
Can we smoke or have parties?
No. The condo is non-smoking, parties are not allowed and quiet hours apply.
